The Worship Director will provide a creative vision and leadership to the Worship & Arts
Ministry and to the congregation by leading, serving, training, equipping, developing, and
shepherding the worship & arts staff members and the volunteers. The Worship Director will promote a culture of authentic worship that is gospel-centered, multicultural, and contextualized to our ministry, congregation, and our city.

The Student Ministries Boy’s Leader is responsible for the spiritual leadership and development of
ministries aimed at 6th-12th grade boys. He will collaborate with the OP Student Ministries team to
provide a cohesive and Christ- centered ministry across the Middle School and High School years. The Student Ministries Boy’s Leader will help organize the opening of the LightHouse as a hangout space for Students 3-5 days a week. He will help teach and mentor students, foster discipleship, and equip ministry partners and parents. This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

The Director of Children’s Ministry is responsible for leading, coordinating, and growing the Children’s Ministry (infants through fifth grade) at the South Kansas City Campus. They are responsible for helping Children encounter the gospel of Jesus Christ, engage in discipleship, and experience life in the Church. The Director serves under the leadership of the Family Pastor, collaborating closely with other Family Ministry staff, the campus pastor and ministry teams to ensure Colonial’s vision and theological commitments are consistently lived out in Children’s Ministry.

Responsible for development, implementation and administration of Nursery Sunday Program and Special Programs.
