Break Free from Digital Disctraction: Find Clarity and Connection in 28 Days.A fast is an intentional period of time when we give something up. In this case, we’re giving up our devices so we can loosen the grip they have on our attention. You can also think about this journey as a “detox.” Over 28 days, you’ll detox from the negative effects screens have on our heart, mind, body, and soul. You’ll unplug from the urge to turn to your phone at the slightest hint of boredom. You’ll reorient to the people and pursuits that matter.
