Celebrate the ALMOST first day of fall with our church and community on Saturday, September 20, from 10AM-1PM. We look forward to enjoying lots of games, free food (including LUNCH), hayrides, exploring our community garden, face painting, bounce houses, and more! The Emancipation Proclamation took effect Jan. 1, 1863, freeing all slaves.  African American churches have a "Watch Service" on New Year's Eve Day to recognize the courage and faith of those first observers who awaited the arrival of their freedom. Join our sister church for this time honored tradition, reception to follow.
