Assessment

Welcome to the Be The L.I.G.H.T. Discipleship Assessment!
Discipleship is a lifelong journey of following Jesus, becoming more like Jesus, and helping others do the same. This assessment is designed to help you reflect on your personal growth in five key dimensions of discipleship:
Loving God
Loving God by cultivating a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus.
Jesus lived in constant communion with the Father, modeling a life of prayer, worship, and Scripture engagement. We grow as disciples by following His example—abiding in God’s presence, seeking His voice, and responding in love..
Investing in Others
Loving others as Jesus loves them.
Jesus poured His life into others, walking alongside them in truth and grace. We follow His way by building intentional relationships, discipling one another, and serving with His self-giving love
Growing in Community
Belonging to the body of Christ as Jesus formed His disciples.
Jesus gathered people into authentic, life-changing community, teaching them to love, encourage, and challenge one another. We follow Him by committing to deep, Christ-centered relationships where we grow together in faith.
Helping the World
Joining Jesus in His mission to bring hope and renewal.
Jesus came to seek and save the lost, bringing healing, justice, and the good news of the Kingdom. We follow Him by serving, sharing the Gospel, and embodying His love wherever He sends us.
Training Others
Following Jesus in training and empowering others to make disciples.
Jesus didn’t just teach—He trained and empowered others to make disciples who make disciples. He commissions us in following Him to do the same.
After answering a series of short questions, you’ll receive personalized results highlighting your strengths and a Growth Area where you can focus your next steps. You’ll also receive recommended resources to help you move forward in your journey.
This assessment isn’t about a grade—it’s about growth. Be honest, reflect deeply, and take your next step in becoming a disciple who makes disciples.
